Forest Bathing at Downs Banks

Held Beneath The Canopy leads a morning forest-bathing session at Downs Banks near Stone on Saturday 17 October 2026, from 8.30am to 11am. Forest bathing is a slow, guided way of spending time in woodland rather than a strenuous walk.
